1. Cyanogen free metabase bright copper: it is pre plated and thickened on the waterproof connector of copper alloy material. The thickness of the coating can reach more than 10 μ m, and the chroma is like acid bright copper coating. If it is blackened, it can reach the dark effect. It has been in normal operation for 2 years in 10000 litre tank.
2. Cyanogen free bright gold plating: the general type is dominated by thiosulfate complexing agent, and the high polar type is dominated by organic compound without sulfur content. The thickness of the bright coating can reach more than 40 μ m, the surface resistivity of the coating is ~ 54 μ Ω· cm, the tensile strength is ~ hv101.3, and the thermal shock is 350 ℃, which is very close to the performance of cyanide gold plating.
3. Cyanide free self ionic liquid organic chemical gold plating: the main salt of the contact parts of the waterproof connector is na3 [Au (SO3) 2], the thickness of the gold layer can reach 1.6 μ m, which is used for gold plating on high-density flexible circuit boards and electronic ceramics.
4. Non formaldehyde content self ionic liquid organic chemical barrel plating: used for through-hole plating of PCB circuit board and surface metallization of non conductor. Instead of the harmful formaldehyde content, cheap and harmless hypophosphite has not been produced politically at home and abroad. It has been mainly discussed in the laboratory that the speed of igneous rock is 3 ~ 4 μ M / h, the service life is more than 10 cycle system (MTO), and the coating is high density and bright. But it needs to be improved and tested.
5. Pure palladium Ferry: Ni can cause allergic dermatitis. The European Commission has long refused to import Ni containing ornaments. Palladium is the best substitute for Ni alloy. The project was carried out in 1997, including two processes: one is the thin palladium ferry, which is 0.0-0.3 μ m in thickness and used on the white copper tin as an abstract antirust coating and anti silver anti tarnish layer; the other is the thick palladium ferry, which is 3 μ m in thickness and crack free (at present, at the level of the International Union). Because of the high price of palladium, it has never entered the domestic market at present.
6. Trivalent chromium zinc coating white blue and colorful passivator: hexavalent chromium salt with trivalent chromium salt as carcinogen. The color of bluish white passivation treatment, such as the coating, has passed the neutral salt spray Laboratory for more than 27 hours, and has experienced 20 years of market honing. Colorful passivation treatment completed the laboratory discussion, the color is gorgeous, but it needs to be medium-sized.
